The following represents an emergency and justifies urgent attendance at the property by a contractor on weekends or after hours:
- Burst water service
- Broken hot water system
- Serious roof leak causing damage to interior of home
- Gas leak
- Electrical fault likely to cause damage or a threat to safety
- Flooding, storm or fire
- Broken sewerage fitting

However, should the Property Manager not be available, please speak directly to the below contractors ONLY who will assist and confirm if attendance is required as a matter of urgency.
