What Is The Organisational Structure & Focus Of Ellis Corporate

Our Property Management Division comprises 3 full time Property Managers and Trust Account Manager. We do not have a residential sales division – we much prefer to specialise in the property management services we offer and not be diverted by the demands of a sales department.

The other quite separate division of Ellis Corporate is the Business Broking Department which focuses on larger business sales and commercial real estate.

Is Executive/corporate Leasing Your Only Focus At Ellis Corporate

We have been enormously successful in leasing beautiful executive homes to the Executive/Corporate market for many years providing our clients with fabulous outcomes for their high quality properties. There has been a noticeable shift in the Perth market for executive quality homes which are now being sort by the local market in much larger numbers than seen previously. This has created a higher demand for these homes and our clients are benefiting greatly from this. However, we also focus on the leasing of all good quality homes across a range of rental levels for owners who want the level of service we provide for these properties to ensure their valuable properties are honoured and the integrity of their investment is maintained and protected.

How Does Your Staffing Structure And Office Layout Work

Our spacial structure within the Property Management division of our office is designed to deliver the most personalised level of service possible. The PM dept is a large open plan office with our desks strategically spaced to give us great work places but also to allow us to be part of each others working conversations between ourselves but most importantly with our clients. This allows all of us to be part of each management and be aware of what is going on in each portfolio. It allows us to think tank issues which might be complex and involved so we have the group input with 3 different experiences to add to the resolution of an issue. So our business structure is one of inclusivity of work flows between the 3 of us and this has been enormously successful in providing the best outcomes for our clients. Our mantra for reporting to our clients (owners) is that there is no point in providing fabulous service to our clients if they are not aware of what we are doing for them. That is – communication is key – and this is what we focus on in the delivery of our service to clients.

How Many Properties Are In Your Management Portfolio

We manage under 200 properties – we are about quality not quantity – and maintaining the level of service we have always provided and want to ensure we always will. We are a boutique property management group specialising in very high quality management of high quality properties. The greatest danger to efficient property management is overloading a Property Manager with too many properties. This is where it all breaks down and this is why we want to provide an alternative to our clients who do not want their properties to be part of these large cumbersome agencies with many hundreds of properties in huge mixed bags of portfolios where there is little focus on service because there is just not sufficient time to provide it.
