Daniel Dawson

Daniel has a BA (Business Law) degree and is a lawyer with over 20 years experience dealing with publicly listed companies. He has researched, invested in, and traded with many listed companies both in here and overseas. Daniel has successfully operated an import business in Australia, and an export business in the UK. He has previous experience as operations manager of a large West African trading company which owned and chartered cargo vessels. Daniel adds expertise to those clients who wish to sell to or acquire business from listed companies. Daniel has valuable experience in selling minority or majority shareholdings in private companies and can settle shareholder disputes. Daniel has proven experience in selling both residential & commercial properties.
